Um would anyone buy a neo comission from me?
I'm trying to have a set goal so i can get something, i know my art isn;t that great but i'm willing to try my very best(and definitly get the picture done.) for np. I will/can do anything: designs/ref sheets/pictures. I just want to see if i'd get anyone before i comment on prices(which won't be high at all). And i'm not being lazy i'm also tryin to win games and such i just thought it be easier if i had some help.
